How to Start
A Nonprofit

Our nonprofit packages include helping you with all of these steps and more.

    File Articles of Incorporation with the State to establish a non-stock corporation (VA) or nonprofit corporation (NC)
  • 2.
    Prepare Bylaws and Organizational First Meeting Minutes that comply with IRS requirements
  • 3.
    Obtain a tax EIN number from the IRS
  • 4.

    Apply for 501(c)3 tax exempt status so that you can accept donations and grants – we GUARANTEE that your organization will be approved.
