Turnkey Process

Startup packages for establishing an LLC or Corporation start at $850, and include serving as your Registered Agent for the first year of your business. As your Registered Agent, we provide dedicated, personal service and become a part of your business team. Our turnkey process involves:

  • Working directly with one of our experienced attorneys

  • Filing Articles of Organization

  • Preparing Operating Agreement, Subscription Agreement, and First Meeting Minutes

  • Obtaining your tax EIN number

  • Accepting service of process and legal notices

  • Preparing your initial and annual meeting minutes

  • Filing your annual renewal or report

  • Providing one telephone consultation each year with an attorney about any legal issue
